Sándor Gyökeres graduated in 2002 as an economist from the College of Modern Business, after which he turned his interest to industrial production companies, logistics and transport, and from 2002 to 2007 he worked in a multinational environment in logistics, quality assurance and project management in various service and production companies. His last years in the automotive industry were spent in the field of plastic injection moulding and lacquering, where he started to work more closely with hazardous waste from production and the recycling of scrap products. In 2007 he had the opportunity to try his hand at waste management as a new-minded colleague in the automotive industry. For a long time, as a commercial manager, she was responsible for the sale of useful materials, selective collection and the search for new opportunities in a service provider in Western Hungary, where she later took over the management of the entire industrial partner network, contracts, key-account tasks and system proposals. Subsequently, he took on the role of company director, overseeing the entire financial area of the company. Almost immediately after winning a successful 15-year public service tender, he took on the role of part company director and part managing director of the company, following the 2012 Ht and its dowry, in the legal and financial restructuring of the company to comply with the law, separating the synergies between industry and public services, which he had been trying to optimise. After the successful restructuring, being a practical man and looking for new opportunities closer to industry, he joined Büchl Hungaria Kft. In 2014, he joined Büchl in search of a new challenge, where he was responsible for the entire business of waste management for Audi Hungaria for 7 years, during which time he gained further experience in the fields of inverse waste logistics, planning, sustainability and waste management technologies.
